株式会社VEHEART（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Shōnin: Idle Empire」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者の個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得することがあります。

  • ゲームの進行データ：所持金、保有部門、役員、実績、設定などのゲーム内データ。これらは主に利用者の端末内に保存されます。
  • 端末情報・識別子：OSのバージョン、端末の種類、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、Firebaseインスタンス識別子など。主に広告配信、アクセス解析および不具合解析のために使用されます。
  • 利用状況データ：アプリの起動回数、利用時間、上場（IPO）などのアプリ内イベント、操作ログといった統計情報。おおよその地域（IPアドレスから推定されるもの）を含むことがあります。
  • 課金情報：アプリ内課金を利用した場合の購入履歴。決済はGoogle Playを通じて行われ、当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。

本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス等の個人を直接特定する情報を、利用者に明示的に入力を求める場合を除き、取得しません。

2. 情報を利用する目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  • 本アプリの機能提供、動作維持、品質向上のため
  • 不具合の調査・解析および対応のため
  • 広告の配信および最適化のため
  • アクセス解析および利用状況の把握、サービス改善のため
  • アプリ内課金の提供および購入内容の確認のため

3. 第三者への提供・外部サービスの利用

本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用します。これらのサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を取り扱います。

  • Google Play 開発者サービス / Google Play Games（セーブデータの保存・認証等）
  • 広告配信サービス：Google AdMob
  • アクセス解析サービス：Google Analytics for Firebase

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。上記の外部サービス提供者は、当社に代わって、または各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、広告配信および分析の目的で情報を取り扱うことがあります。

4. 広告について

本アプリは、第三者配信の広告サービス（Google AdMob）を利用します。広告配信事業者は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）等を使用することがあります。利用者は、端末の設定から広告のパーソナライズをオフにする、または広告識別子をリセットすることができます。

5. データの保存と削除

  • ゲームの進行データは、主に利用者の端末内に保存されます。アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータは削除されます。
  • クラウド保存（Google Play Games のセーブ機能）を利用している場合、当該データはGoogleのサービス上に保存されます。削除方法については下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
  • アクセス解析および広告に関して収集されたデータの取り扱い・保存期間については、上記Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳以上を対象としています。当社は、保護者の同意なく13歳未満（または各国の法令で定める年齢未満）のお子様から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。

7. 利用者の権利

利用者は、当社が保有する自己の情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本アプリまたは当社の指定するウェブサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

VEHEART INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle information in connection with our mobile application “Shōnin: Idle Empire” (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Game progress data: In-game data such as currency, owned departments, executives, achievements, and settings. This is primarily stored on your device.
  • Device information and identifiers: OS version, device type, advertising identifiers (Advertising ID), and Firebase instance identifiers, used mainly for advertising, analytics, and troubleshooting.
  • Usage data: Statistics such as launches, session length, in-app events (e.g., going public / IPO), and interaction logs. This may include approximate location inferred from your IP address.
  • Purchase information: Purchase history if you use in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Google Play; we do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

We do not collect directly identifying personal information (such as name, address, phone number, or email) unless you explicitly provide it.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App

4. Advertising

The App uses third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Advertising providers may use identifiers such as the Advertising ID to show interest-based ads. You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Game progress is primarily stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
  • If cloud save (Google Play Games) is used, that data is stored on Google’s services. For deletion requests, please contact us.
  • Data collected for analytics and advertising is handled and retained in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy above.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by applicable law) without parental consent.

7. Your Rights

You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of your information by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy takes effect when posted in the App or on our designated website.
