株式会社VEHEART（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリケーションのシリーズ「チャレンジャーシリーズ」（「リバーシチャレンジャー / Reversi Challenger」および今後追加される同シリーズの各アプリを含みます。以下「本アプリ」と総称します）における利用者の個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得することがあります。

  • アカウント情報：利用者がアカウントを登録・ログインする際のメールアドレスおよびパスワード。認証にはGoogleのFirebase Authenticationを利用します。パスワードはFirebaseにより安全に管理され、当社が平文のパスワードを保持することはありません。
  • プロフィール情報：利用者が設定する表示名（ニックネーム）、フレンド関連の情報など。
  • ゲームデータ：レーティング、対局結果、棋譜、実績、設定などのゲーム内データ。オンライン機能の利用時は、これらの一部がGoogleのFirebase Realtime Database上に保存されます。
  • 対戦・フレンド機能に関する情報：オンライン対戦やフレンド対戦の際に、対局に必要な情報（表示名、着手、対局状況など）が対戦相手に表示されることがあります。
  • 端末情報・識別子：OSのバージョン、端末の種類、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、Firebaseインスタンス識別子など。主に広告配信および不具合解析のために使用されます。
  • 利用状況データ：アプリの起動回数、利用時間、アプリ内イベント、操作ログといった統計情報。おおよその地域（IPアドレスから推定されるもの）を含むことがあります。
  • 課金情報：アプリ内課金を利用した場合の購入履歴。決済はGoogle Playを通じて行われ、当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。

2. 情報を利用する目的

  • 本アプリの機能提供、動作維持、品質向上のため
  • アカウントの認証・管理、オンライン対戦・フレンド機能の提供のため
  • 不具合の調査・解析および対応のため
  • 広告の配信および最適化のため
  • 利用状況の把握およびサービス改善のため
  • アプリ内課金の提供および購入内容の確認のため

3. 第三者への提供・外部サービスの利用

本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用します。これらのサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を取り扱います。

  • Google Firebase（認証、Realtime Database、解析等）
  • 広告配信サービス：Google AdMob
  • Google Play 開発者サービス（課金等）

各サービスのプライバシーポリシーは以下をご参照ください。

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。上記の外部サービス提供者は、当社に代わって、または各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、認証・データ保存・広告配信および分析の目的で情報を取り扱うことがあります。

4. 広告について

本アプリは、第三者配信の広告サービス（Google AdMob）を利用します。広告配信事業者は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）等を使用することがあります。利用者は、端末の設定から広告のパーソナライズをオフにする、または広告識別子をリセットすることができます。なお、広告非表示のアプリ内課金をご購入いただいた場合、広告は表示されません。

5. データの保存とアカウント・データの削除

ゲームデータの一部は利用者の端末内に保存され、アプリをアンインストールすると端末内のデータは削除されます。

アカウント情報およびオンライン機能で保存されたデータ（レーティング、プロフィール、フレンド情報等）は、Googleのサービス（Firebase）上に保存されます。

アカウントおよび関連データの削除方法：

  • アプリ内から：本アプリの「アカウント」画面にある「退会（アカウント削除）」から、いつでもアカウントおよび当社が保有する関連データを削除できます。
  • ウェブから（お問い合わせによる申請）：下記のお問い合わせ先メールアドレス宛に削除をご依頼いただくことでも、アカウントおよび関連データの削除に対応します。

アクセス解析および広告に関して収集されたデータの取り扱い・保存期間については、上記Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳以上を対象としています。当社は、保護者の同意なく13歳未満（または各国の法令で定める年齢未満）のお子様から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。

7. 利用者の権利

利用者は、当社が保有する自己の情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本アプリまたは当社の指定するウェブサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

VEHEART INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how we handle information in connection with our series of mobile applications, the “Challenger Series” (including “Reversi Challenger” and other apps added to the same series in the future; collectively, the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: The email address and password you provide when registering or signing in. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Passwords are securely managed by Firebase; we do not store your password in plain text.
  • Profile information: A display name (nickname) you set, and friend-related information.
  • Game data: In-game data such as ratings, game results, game records (kifu), achievements, and settings. When online features are used, some of this data is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database.
  • Match and friend features: During online or friend matches, information needed for play (such as your display name, moves, and game status) may be shown to your opponent.
  • Device information and identifiers: OS version, device type, advertising identifiers (Advertising ID), and Firebase instance identifiers, used mainly for advertising and troubleshooting.
  • Usage data: Statistics such as launches, session length, in-app events, and interaction logs. This may include approximate location inferred from your IP address.
  • Purchase information: Purchase history if you use in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Google Play; we do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • To authenticate and manage accounts, and to provide online and friend features
  • To investigate and resolve technical issues
  • To deliver and optimize advertising
  • To understand usage and improve the service
  • To provide in-app purchases and verify transactions

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which handle information under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase (authentication, Realtime Database, analytics)
  • Advertising services: Google AdMob
  • Google Play services (in-app purchases)

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. The third-party providers above may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies for authentication, data storage, advertising, and analytics purposes.

4. Advertising

The App uses third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Advertising providers may use identifiers such as the Advertising ID to show interest-based ads. You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings. If you purchase the “Remove Ads” in-app product, ads will not be shown.

5. Data Retention and Account / Data Deletion

Some game data is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Account information and data saved through online features (ratings, profile, friend information, etc.) are stored on Google’s services (Firebase).

How to delete your account and related data:

  • In the app: You can delete your account and the related data we hold at any time from the “Delete account” option on the “Account” screen in the App.
  • On the web (by request): You may also request deletion of your account and related data by emailing the contact address below.

Data collected for analytics and advertising is handled and retained in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy above.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by applicable law) without parental consent.

7. Your Rights

You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of your information by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy takes effect when posted in the App or on our designated website.
