株式会社VEHEART（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Beam Tower」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者の個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
ゲームの進行データ：結晶・ジェム等のゲーム内通貨、保有装備、到達ウェーブ、実績、ミッション進行、設定などのゲーム内データ。これらは利用者の端末内に保存されるほか、クラウドセーブ機能により当社が利用するGoogle Firebase（Cloud Firestore）上にユーザーIDと紐づけて保存されます。
アカウント情報：クラウドセーブおよび引き継ぎのために、Firebase Authenticationが発行する利用者識別ID（匿名ID）を取得します。利用者が任意でGoogleアカウント連携（引き継ぎ設定）を行った場合、当該GoogleアカウントのメールアドレスをFirebase Authentication上で取得します。連携を行わない場合、メールアドレスは取得しません。
端末情報・識別子：OSのバージョン、端末の種類、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、Firebaseインスタンス識別子など。主に広告配信、アクセス解析および不具合解析のために使用されます。
利用状況データ：アプリの起動回数、利用時間、アプリ内イベント、操作ログといった統計情報。おおよその地域（IPアドレスから推定されるもの）を含むことがあります。
課金情報：アプリ内課金を利用した場合の購入履歴。決済はGoogle Playを通じて行われ、当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。
本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号等の個人を直接特定する情報を、上記（Googleアカウント連携時のメールアドレス）を除き取得しません。
2. 情報を利用する目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
・本アプリの機能提供、動作維持、品質向上のため
・セーブデータのクラウド保存および機種変更時の引き継ぎのため
・不具合の調査・解析および対応のため
・広告の配信および最適化のため
・アクセス解析および利用状況の把握、サービス改善のため
・アプリ内課金の提供および購入内容の確認・復元のため
3. 第三者への提供・外部サービスの利用
本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用します。これらのサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を取り扱います。
・Google Firebase（Firebase Authentication：認証／Cloud Firestore：セーブデータの保存）
・広告配信サービス：Google AdMob
・アクセス解析サービス：Google Analytics for Firebase
・決済サービス：Google Play（アプリ内課金）

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。上記の外部サービス提供者は、当社に代わって、または各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、認証、データ保存、広告配信および分析の目的で情報を取り扱うことがあります。
4. 広告について
本アプリは、第三者配信の広告サービス（Google AdMob）を利用します。広告配信事業者は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）等を使用することがあります。利用者は、端末の設定から広告のパーソナライズをオフにする、または広告識別子をリセットすることができます。
5. データの保存と削除
ゲームの進行データは、利用者の端末内およびクラウド（Cloud Firestore）に保存されます。アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータは削除されます。
クラウド上のセーブデータおよびアカウント情報は、本アプリ内の「設定」画面にある「データの削除」から、利用者自身で削除することができます。この操作により、クラウド上のセーブデータ、認証情報（Googleアカウント連携を含む）および端末内のゲームデータが削除されます。削除されたデータは復元できません。アプリ内での操作が難しい場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡いただくことでも削除をリクエストできます。
アクセス解析および広告に関して収集されたデータの取り扱い・保存期間については、上記Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳以上を対象としています。当社は、保護者の同意なく13歳未満（または各国の法令で定める年齢未満）のお子様から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
7. 利用者の権利
利用者は、当社が保有する自己の情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本アプリまたは当社の指定するウェブサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

VEHEART INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle information in connection with our mobile application “Beam Tower” (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
Game progress data: In-game data such as currencies (crystals, gems), owned equipment, wave records, achievements, mission progress, and settings. This is stored on your device and, via the cloud save feature, on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) linked to your user ID.
Account information: For cloud save and transfer, we obtain a user identifier (anonymous ID) issued by Firebase Authentication. If you optionally link a Google account for data transfer, the email address of that Google account is obtained via Firebase Authentication. If you do not link an account, we do not collect your email address.
Device information and identifiers: OS version, device type, advertising identifiers (Advertising ID), and Firebase instance identifiers, used mainly for advertising, analytics, and troubleshooting.
Usage data: Statistics such as launches, session length, in-app events, and interaction logs. This may include approximate location inferred from your IP address.
Purchase information: Purchase history if you use in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Google Play; we do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
We do not collect directly identifying personal information (such as name, address, or phone number) other than the email address described above when you link a Google account.
2. How We Use Information
To provide, maintain, and improve the App; to store save data in the cloud and enable transfer to a new device; to investigate and resolve technical issues; to deliver and optimize advertising; to perform analytics, understand usage, and improve the service; and to provide in-app purchases and verify or restore transactions.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which handle information under their own privacy policies:

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. The third-party providers above may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies for authentication, data storage, advertising, and analytics purposes.
4. Advertising
The App uses third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Advertising providers may use identifiers such as the Advertising ID to show interest-based ads. You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress is stored on your device and in the cloud (Cloud Firestore). Uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device.
You can delete your cloud save data and account information yourself from “Delete data” in the in-app Settings screen. This deletes your cloud save data, authentication information (including any linked Google account), and the game data on your device. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you are unable to use the in-app option, you may also request deletion by contacting us at the address below.
Data collected for analytics and advertising is handled and retained in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy above.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by applicable law) without parental consent.
7. Your Rights
You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of your information by contacting us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy takes effect when posted in the App or on our designated website.
